In the last couple of years Peruvian cuisine has put itself on the foodie map with its  diverse flavours, exotics fruits and herbs as well as some of the freshest seafood from the Pacific Ocean. Chefs such as Virgilio Martinez  and Martin Morales  have really helped to bring local Peruvian dishes to London with their phenomenal restaurants.
